The Perfect Protein Pancake Recipe with Nature Captured Vegan Vanilla Protein Blend

Start your morning’s right with this straightforward yet delightful vegan protein pancake recipe. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a dedicated vegan, or simply a lover of wholesome breakfasts, these pancakes are bound to become your go-to favourite.

The Ingredients:

1 cup oats

2 tbsp Nature Captured Vanilla Protein Powder

Half a banana

1 cup alternative milk of choice

The Method:

Gather ingredients and a blender.

Combine oats, Nature Captured Vanilla Protein Powder, half a banana, and your milk of choice in the blender. Blend until the mixture reaches a velvety smooth consistency.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, lightly grease the surface, and pour approximately 2 tablespoons of the blended mixture onto the pan. Let it cook for a couple of minutes until bubbles form on the surface.

Once those bubbles start to appear, flip the pancake and allow it to cook for another couple of minutes until both sides are golden.

Transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat the process with the rest of the batter. Add your choice of toppings, e.g. Berries, yoghurt, maple syrup, nuts and seeds.
